1. Who we are

This website is operated by VisionFlow, a photo and video production studio based in Milan, Italy. E-mail: hello@visionflow.video. VAT number (P.IVA): 14861030964.

2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the website visionflow.video. They do not govern the studio's professional work: every engagement is covered by a separate signed contract or quotation.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. Website content

Text, photographs, video, graphics, trade marks and the structure of the site are protected by copyright and belong to VisionFlow or to their respective owners (clients, collaborators, licensors). Portfolio work is shown with the clients' permission.

You may browse the site and share links to it. Without written permission you may not: reproduce, copy, republish or distribute the content; use it for commercial or promotional purposes; extract it by automated means (scraping) or use it to train artificial-intelligence models.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to reach non-public areas or systems, interfere with its operation or security, or send abusive or misleading content through the contact form.

5. Contact form

Submitting the form is a request for information. It is not an order, a booking or a contract, and it does not oblige the studio to accept the work. How the submitted data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

By writing to us you confirm that the details you provide are your own and accurate.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The site may be suspended or changed at any time for maintenance or updates.

7. Links to third-party sites

The site may link to third-party platforms (for example social networks or messaging services). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or data practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VisionFlow is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version that applies is the one published on this page, carrying the last-updated date shown above.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. The courts of Milan have jurisdiction over disputes, save for the consumer's forum where the law provides for it.
