Drone photo & video

Aerial video and photos for real estate, hotels, brands and events in Milan, on Lake Como and across Italy. We only fly where it’s allowed, and we check the airspace for every address before you book. We pilot the drone ourselves and edit the aerial shots together with the ground footage.

02 — Flight plan

How we plan a flight before takeoff

Every waypoint is a shot. We plan the route before we leave, so once we’re airborne, we simply fly it. We’ll tell you which shots are possible at your address once we’ve checked it.

Shots

A glossary of drone shots

  • Reveal

The camera rises past a tree or a roofline and reveals the whole villa.

  • Orbit

A slow circle around the subject: a house, a tower, a winery.

  • Top-down

The camera points straight down: a pool, a garden, a table set before the guests arrive.

  • Follow

The drone tracks a car, a boat or a person from a safe distance, within line of sight and never over bystanders.

  • Facade pass

A smooth move along the building, if the rules for that location allow it and the owner agrees.

  • Rise

From a close detail to a wide shot that shows where the property sits.
