FAQ
Before the shoot, we do a staging check to see how the rooms are set up. If we're shooting in daylight, let us know when the sun comes into each room and when it leaves. For empty rooms, you can add virtual staging.
Retouched interior and exterior photos, a walkthrough video, vertical reels and floor plans, all web-ready, with consistent light and color from room to room. Twilight shots are available too: just mention them in the brief. A 360° tour can be added as an extra.
Yes, where flying is allowed. Send us the address: before you book, we check it on the D-Flight map, tell you whether we can fly there and quote the aerial shots.
Yes. Every shoot is quoted individually, based on the property's size, the number of rooms and the photo and video scope. The price is final: the studio works under Italy's flat-rate regime, so no VAT is added on top.
